Walk-through light show inside the Dallas Zoo south of downtown, open on select nights. 2026 dates and prices not announced by the zoo yet.
Dallas Zoo Lights turns the zoo, just south of downtown off I-35E, into a walking trail of light displays on select nights through the holidays. In past seasons it ran from mid-November into early January, with dated tickets sold online for each night and the popular dates selling out.
The zoo had not published 2026 dates or ticket prices when we checked; its page still said the event was closed for the season. Some listings online give dates for 2026, but we will not repeat them until the zoo confirms them.
The zoo has its own DART Rail station (Dallas Zoo, Red Line), which avoids the parking queue on busy nights.
